What kinds of design work can I request? +
Apparel graphics, logos, brand identity, packaging, print materials, photo editing, hangtags, lookbooks, trade show graphics — anything in the physical product brand world. If you're not sure, just ask.
How do I submit requests? +
Through your private Trello board. Add a card with your brief, any reference images or files, and I'll pick it up and get to work. You can add as many requests to the queue as you want — I work through them one (or two, on Pro) at a time.
How fast will I get designs back? +
Initial concepts are ready in 1–2 business days depending on your plan — 24 hours for Brand Partner, 48 hours for Pro, 48–72 hours for Starter. From there, revisions move at the pace of your feedback. Once you approve a direction, production-ready files are delivered promptly. Complex projects like full brand systems naturally take a little longer on the front end.
What if I don't like the design? +
Unlimited revisions. I'll keep refining until it's right. No extra charge, no awkward conversations about scope.
Can I pause or cancel? +
Yes, anytime. No contracts. When you pause, your billing stops and your subscription picks up right where it left off when you resume. Cancel with one click if you need to stop entirely.
Do I own the designs? +
100%. Everything I create for you is yours — full rights, source files, the works. You'll receive final files in whatever format your production team needs.
What if I only need one project? +
